There is nothing available that has the simplicity of design and refined performance. It consists entirely of links and pivot joints, provides an even ride, and requires only a rotating shaft for power like a wheel.
The linkage can be used in place of wheels or tracks with the obvious advantage of stepping onto or over obstacles. There are advantages to being the first to implement this linkage. The possibilities for trademarks and subsequent patents are significant.
